- Communications: Coordinating with departments and projects of requests for (GSM) SIM cards, Internet connection services (DIA), and virtual network services (IP VPN). Adjusting the costs of communication services.
- Salaries of trainee: Preparing cost distribution statements, recording, and distributing salaries to subcontractors.

- Preparing agreements with the Human Resources Development Fund.
- Providing the necessary documents to submit financial claims to the Human Resources Development fund.
- Following-up with Human Resources Development Fund to get financial reconciliations.
- Following-up with the financial department to assure receiving claims' money.
- Preparing periodic reports about the status of the agreements and financial status.
- Distributing of money received from the Human Resources Development Fund on the sectors and sub-contractors.
Custodian:
- Verification of approved petty cash bills..
- Reviewing income and expenses.
- Closing petty cash periodically.
- Billing training and planning costs of subcontractors' trainees.
